Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/Gas 7. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with baking parchment. Divide the pastry into four equal portions and roll each one into a square approximately 8-10cm / 4-5 in.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet, well spaced apart.
- With a sharp knife, score a bor- der, about 5mm/4in in along the edge of the pastry. Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the pastry has risen slightly and is golden. Remove from the oven and cool on wire racks.
- Meanwhile, make the filling. Beat together the fromage frais, Quark and sweetener. Flavour with the rose water. Push down the centres of the tarts to make space for the filling and carefully spoon onto
