Peas Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Large chopped onion
- Chicken breast cut into small pieces
- black pepper
- turmeric
- A teaspoon of tomato puree
- salt
- the water
- grated carrots
- parsley
- peas
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- 4 eggs
- Parsley grated cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onions and chicken, spices and salt, and let it cook for a while, then add a little water, add the peas carrots and parsley,
- we add eggs, sour cream and grated cheese, Add the cooked peas to the sauce and stir until they are evenly coated.
- Transfer the pea and sauce mixture to a baking dish and Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
