Ingredients:

  • 1 Large chopped onion
  • Chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • black pepper
  • turmeric
  • A teaspoon of tomato puree
  • salt
  • the water
  • grated carrots
  • parsley
  • peas
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 4 eggs
  • Parsley grated cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the onions and chicken, spices and salt, and let it cook for a while, then add a little water, add the peas carrots and parsley,
  5. we add eggs, sour cream and grated cheese, Add the cooked peas to the sauce and stir until they are evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the pea and sauce mixture to a baking dish and Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.
