Rinse the strawberries and gently pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
Take the broken chocolate pieces and put them in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted. Alternatively, you can fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Place a bowl on top of the pan and melt the chocolate using this method.
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl, and carefully place them on the grease-proof paper.
Transfer the strawberries to the refrigerator and let them chill for 1-2 hours until the chocolate becomes firm.
