1. Choose your dinners
Pick a cooking method and dinner count. Rebuild creates a new selection using these filters. Home stock and saved plans are kept.
Ingredient exclusions are a text filter, not an allergy check. This first library contains four published recipes. Check each recipe and product label. Some quantities are marked as allowances; optional extras and accompaniments are described on each card.
Budget compares priced purchases; it does not choose recipes or guarantee a budget fit.
Plans, prices you enter and your food diary are stored in this browser, not synced between devices. Download a backup if you want to keep them elsewhere.
Optional small portions
Choose snacks or breakfast components separately from dinners. Each starts at one portion; set the number you need. Their ingredients join the same shopping list, home stock and costs. This is not a complete daily diet.
2. Your dinner plan
No dinners selected. Generate a plan above or add a recipe from the library below.

3. Home stock & shopping
Enter usable stock in the same unit as the recipe. We pool requirements across dinners and additional small portions, then subtract home stock once. Unmeasured seasonings must be confirmed at home or remain an unpriced item.
| Ingredient | Needed | At home | Buy | Pack cost | Used value |
|---|
Used value is a planning estimate based on the lowest configured price per unit, including ingredients supplied from home. It is not the historical price you paid for those ingredients. Missing or unmeasured items make totals partial. A quoted price is not a live checkout quote.
4. Ingredients left over
These are projected ingredient leftovers, not confirmation that food is safe to eat. Check storage and use-by dates. Use the food diary to record portions of a cooked dish.
Complete prices for ingredients in this plan
Reference prices show their source and review date on each ingredient. They are not live checkout quotes. Blank prices are missing, never treated as free. Enter actual pack quantities in the unit shown and prices from a receipt or current product listing. Ingredients needing a purchase-unit conversion stay unpriced until a documented conversion is available. Editing a source or date preserves all configured pack sizes. Use drained pack weights where the recipe uses drained food. Prices entered here remain on this device.

5. Save or print
Print / save PDF opens a clean preview; choose Save as PDF in your print dialog. Sharing includes the shopping list text, not your saved plans.

Food diary & homemade dishes
A photo can suggest foods and portions. Confirm the ingredients, oil and weights before recording calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat.
Ingredients & portion
Rows cover the whole dish or batch, not just the portion you ate. Use per-100g figures from the matching cooked/raw food label or a nutrition database. Photo suggestions contain model estimates and need review. Add cooking oil as its own row; do not add it twice if already included.
For a evenly mixed homemade dish, portion nutrients = whole-batch nutrients × portion weight ÷ cooked batch weight. Water changes weight, not nutrients. For a plate with separate foods, weigh and log the components separately. Removed cooking fat or liquid can change totals.
My homemade dishes & leftovers
Load a saved batch, enter the portion eaten and record it. Remaining cooked weight is reduced after each entry. Reuse only food stored safely.
Food diary
These are food-tracking estimates, not measurements from a laboratory or a prescribed diet. Photo-derived values are labelled in each entry.
