Ingredients:

  • 80g (2.8oz) of porridge oats (not instant oats)
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100g/3.5oz of Fat-Free Greek Yoghurt (make sure it’s Greek yogurt)
  • 1 large egg
  • Spray Oil
  • Pizza Sauce (recipe below or see notes for a quick version)
  • 100g/3.5oz of mozzarella, broken into pieces
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
  • Optional toppings of your choice (see suggestions)
