Ingredients:
- 80g (2.8oz) of porridge oats (not instant oats)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 100g/3.5oz of Fat-Free Greek Yoghurt (make sure it’s Greek yogurt)
- 1 large egg
- Spray Oil
- Pizza Sauce (recipe below or see notes for a quick version)
- 100g/3.5oz of mozzarella, broken into pieces
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
- Optional toppings of your choice (see suggestions)
