Ingredients:
- 2 generous sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 bacon medallions, with visible fat removed
- 2 Free Food Pork Sausages (available at Iceland stores), slightly thawed and cut in half
- 200g Chantenay carrots, halved (or quartered lengthways if they’re large) – baby carrots or carrot batons can also be used
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 560g can of new potatoes, drained and halved (or quartered if they’re large)
- 150g broccoli florets, halved if they’re large
- 125g frozen peas
- 1 chicken stock pot
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
