Ingredients:
We need a Creamy Nectarine Overnight Oats Recipe
- 40g plain Porridge oats
- 2-3 fresh nectarines, stoned and sliced
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 200g fat-free natural Greek yogurt (or dairy-free soya yogurt, plain and unsweetened, with added calcium, if you need this to be vegan)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a lidded jar or bowl, place half of the oats and half of the sliced nectarines.
- Mix the vanilla extract and 3 tbsp water into the yogurt and spoon half into the jar or bowl.
- Add the rest of the oats, most of the remaining fruit and the rest of the yogurt.
- Top with the rest of the fruit, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and chill overnight.
- Stir well before serving.
Tips:
- You can use other Speed Free Foods in place of nectarines, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pears, blackberries, or apples with cinnamon.
- If you’re gluten-free, use gluten-free oats.
