  4. 1 (400g) can chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tsp ground cumin
  6. 2 tsp fajita seasoning (check label for syns)
  7. 1 tsp paprika
  8. 2 fresh tomatoes, roughly chopped
  9. 80g reduced-fat cheese, shredded
  10. Fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (optional)
