Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Canned chickpeas, reheated then drained
  • 50 g Baby spinach, boiled in unsalted water, drained
  • 30 g Reduced-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 g Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Reheat canned chickpeas according to the label, drain and weigh.
  • Boil baby spinach, drain and weigh.
  • Mash together with the measured olive oil and spoon the cottage cheese on top.
  • If reheating chilled cooked chickpeas or spinach, reheat once until steaming hot throughout.
