Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 165°C and lightly grease a round baking tin with Frylight.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is foamy.
- Add the lemon yogurt to the mixture and whisk for a few more minutes.
- Gradually add the olive oil and sweetener to the mixture, continuing to whisk.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and gently fold together.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
