Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together (eggs, flour, milk, and salt.) Mix them well until smooth
- Spray non-stick cooking spray into the ramekins, generously coating them.
- Fill them at least 1/2 way, and place them into the air fryer basket or in the tray.
- Set the timer for 12 minutes at 380 degrees F, air fryer setting. Check to make sure they all cooked all through.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
