Ingredients:
- 2: large eggs
- 230ml: of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon: of sweetener granules (plus an additional 1 teaspoon for serving)
- 1 teaspoon: of vanilla extract
- 50g: of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon: of baking powder
- 50g: of self-raising flour
- Low-calorie cooking spray
For the Berry Sauce:
- 50g: of blueberries
- 50g: of raspberries
- 1 tablespoon: of sweetener granules
