Whisk the mixture until it becomes smooth and free of lumps. Season with a pinch of salt and let it chill for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7. Use low-calorie cooking spray to coat a medium-sized non-stick baking tray (approximately 30cm x 20cm), then place it in the oven to heat.
