Apple wedges with peanut yoghurt dip
Ingredients
- 70 g Apple flesh and skin, core removed
- 12 g Smooth peanut butter
- 40 g Virtually fat-free plain yoghurt
Instructions
- Wash and core the apple, weigh 70g flesh and skin and cut into wedges.
- Stir peanut butter into yoghurt and serve as a dip.
- Check peanut butter ingredients; no honey is included.
