Ingredients
  

  • 70 g Apple flesh and skin, core removed
  • 12 g Smooth peanut butter
  • 40 g Virtually fat-free plain yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and core the apple, weigh 70g flesh and skin and cut into wedges.
  • Stir peanut butter into yoghurt and serve as a dip.
  • Check peanut butter ingredients; no honey is included.
