Ingredients
  

  • 60 g Canned cannellini beans, reheated then drained
  • 30 g Reduced-fat cottage cheese
  • 25 g Wholemeal bread, untoasted weight
  • 30 g Raw cherry tomatoes, washed

Instructions
 

  • Heat canned cannellini beans according to the label, drain and weigh 60g.
  • Toast bread without butter after weighing it.
  • Mash the warm beans onto the toast, then add cottage cheese and chopped washed tomatoes.
  • Serve promptly.
