- 1.5 lbs beef ribs, half rack (680 grams)
- Simple Rub:
- 1-2 tbsp light olive oil
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sea salt, to taste
Kansas City Rib Rub:
- 1-2 tbsp light olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Texas Rib Rub:
- 1-2 tbsp light olive oil
- 1/2 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cumin (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare your desired rib rub.
- Rub the beef ribs with the olive oil and your desired rub mixture.
- Cook the beef ribs in an air fryer at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and continue cooking the beef ribs at 325°F (162°C) for up to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches between 190°F to 203°F (88°C to 95°C), using a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
