Ingredients
  

  • 70 g Canned cannellini beans, reheated then drained
  • 50 g Hard-boiled egg, peeled
  • 40 g Baby spinach, boiled in unsalted water, drained
  • 2 g Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil an egg until white and yolk are firm; peel and weigh 50g.
  • Heat canned beans according to the label, drain and weigh 70g.
  • Boil baby spinach, drain and weigh 40g.
  • Mash the beans lightly with the measured oil, top with spinach and chopped egg and serve warm.
