Ingredients
  

  • 60 g Farmed salmon flesh, baked, skin and bones removed
  • 80 g New potatoes, boiled in unsalted water, flesh and skin
  • 40 g Baby spinach, boiled in unsalted water, drained

Instructions
 

  • Bake uncoated salmon without added oil until safely cooked, then remove skin and bones and weigh 60g flesh.
  • Boil new potatoes with skin in unsalted water until tender and weigh 80g cooked.
  • Boil baby spinach, drain and weigh 40g.
  • Serve the three warm components together.
  • Sauces are not included.
