- One sachet (11.5g) of Hartley’s Sugar Free Jelly Crystals in the flavor of strawberry (Other brands are also available).
- One pot (160g) of Muller Mullerlight Strawberry Yogurt with 0% added sugar.
- Either 250g of Fat Free Plain Fromage Frais or Greek Style Yogurt.
