Boiled egg & chickpea mash

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Hard-boiled egg, peeled
  • 50 g Canned chickpeas, reheated then drained
  • 20 g Virtually fat-free plain yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Boil the egg until white and yolk are firm; peel and weigh.
  • Heat canned chickpeas according to the label, drain and weigh, then cool promptly.
  • Mash both with the yoghurt using a fork.
  • No mayonnaise or extra oil is included.
